Lead Product Manager
Joined Nav to accelerate growth of our business credit subscription product, Nav Prime. Found a product with great potential but declining user engagement and growth challenges.
What I Built
Did comprehensive user research to better understand customer segments and value drivers. Designed and implemented a tiered pricing model to serve diverse customer needs. Led rapid experimentation to enhance user experience and product-market fit. Collaborated cross-functionally to align product, engineering, and growth strategies.
Impact
Drove significant growth within 4 months: achieved sustained double-digit subscriber growth, substantially increased revenue through higher conversion rates, and scaled Nav Prime to become an even larger portion of the company's total revenue.

Anyone who's tried explaining their startup's finances to investors knows the pain. Founders burn hours creating updates that investors barely skim through.
What I Built
Built an AI platform that turned messy financial data into clear, compelling investor updates in under 10 minutes. Finally made those monthly updates something people actually wanted to read.
Impact
Led everything from initial concept to product launch. Built and managed a scrappy 5-person team of engineers and designers. Raised capital and learned that investor relations is equal parts strategy and psychology.

In personal credit, young people are guilty until proven innocent. Fresh out of college, they don't make much but also don't have major financial obligations - perfect time to build savings habits, but nobody makes it easy.
What I Built
Built an app that automated savings and rewarded users for it - our slogan was 'get paid to save.' Users earned points for every dollar saved, and we calculated a savings score to show lenders that good savings behavior should matter as much as traditional credit history.
Impact
Helped users save $100K+ collectively while building positive financial habits. The vision was getting big lenders to consider savings behavior alongside credit scores - rewarding people for doing the right thing. Eventually pivoted to B2B, but those insights about user behavior and fintech systems became crucial for OpenPitch.
